Fundamentals of Numerical Analysis and Symbolic Computation
The core part of this lecture concerns orthogonal polynomials starting from basic and usually classical facts up to applications in numerics and applicability of computer algebra algorithms. In the spirit of approximation, also other kinds of bases will be discussed and related to orthogonal polynomials.
