Symbolic Computation of Low Degree Complex Chebyshev Polynomials on Circular Arcs and Sectors

Norms and coefficients of low degree complex Chebyshev polynomials on circular arcs and sectors are computed symbolically by combining real quantifier elimination, Groebner bases and resultants. The exact explicit expressions will be given in terms of the cosine of the angle of the arc/sector. The computations were executed with the aid of the computer algebra system Mathematica and Maple.
