Construction of Closed Linkages
Supervisor: Prof. Josef Schicho
The recently discovered relation between linkages and motion polynomials has been used to discover several new types of closed 6R linkages. The construction of more types (not necessarily simply closed, maybe with prismatic joints, maybe with more than 6 links) is the topic of this thesis.
